Notice of regularly scheduled board meeting

The Whisper Community Board of Directors shall conduct a regular board meeting on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the Clark College in room OSC204, 6-7pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend either in person or virtually via the Zoom link provided: (Zoom Link)

As a community-centered organization, Whisper Community recognizes and values the input and participation of the general public and stakeholders. As such, Whisper Community aims to ensure that its Board of Directors meetings are as conveniently accessible as possible.

The Board has regular meetings scheduled on the second Tuesday of the first month of every quarter (January, April, July, and October). The Board will also periodically have special meetings and emergency meetings as need dictates. Members of the public are welcome to attend either in-person or remotely.

Public comments will be accepted in writing via emailing (insert Secretary’s WC email); all written comments must be provided no less than 36 hours prior to the meeting for which the comment concerns. Additionally, time will be allocated near the beginning of each meeting for in-person comment.
